Scalzo Property Management’s major strength is that we can combine the personal service of a small firm with the expertise and support of a large one.

Everyone at Scalzo Property Management understands that each of our clients and properties is unique.  Therefore, we will assign a Senior Property Manager who is experienced in dealing with the multitude of details common to property management, and who will be totally familiar with each property.  The Manager will work with each client to plan and implement both short and long range goals.

Each of our Property Managers is backed up by a full financial and administrative support staff and the Scalzo Management Team, who meet regularly to review the implementation of the comprehensive plan for each client / property.

In summary, the worries are ours as we are able to effectively manage and professionally supervise your client’s investments.
