General Property and Unit Make-Ready Services

SPM Construction & Maintenance routinely performs general building maintenance services such as: refuse / debris removal (including furniture, mattresses, litter, etc.), replacement and repair of wood shakes, asphalt shingles, torch-down roofing systems, wood and vinyl siding installation, rental unit “turnover” services (cleaning, painting and minor repairs), powerwashing, interior and exterior painting, caulking, and wood deck installation.

Construction Management

Our construction management services include:

• Preparation of bid specifications and solicitation of proposals from contractors
• Assistance with the selection process
• Contractor supervision and job-cost analysis / reporting
• Assistance in obtaining third-party financing for larger capital improvement projects

Interior Renovations and Casualty Repairs

SPM Construction & Maintenance can handle all of your interior renovations and casualty repairs including project design and insurance claim administration.  Our quality craftsmen can install sheetrock, wood paneling, crown and base moldings, refinish natural wood surfaces, install and repair textured ceilings, faux finishing and / or sponging, and wallpaper removal and installation.  We are qualified to perform water damage and / or fire damage repairs.  Our skilled workers will perform the repair work while our administrative staff serves as your liaison with your insurance carrier.
