Financial Management
- Collection and deposit of all common charges and assessments using bank lock box

- Coordinate with Association’s CPA to prepare tax returns

- Affiliated maintenance company (SPM Maintenance and Construction) which can handle most types of repairs and needs
- General Administration
Maintain Files on Unit Owners And Tenants
- Maintain files on Association documents
- Advise the Board and initiate all general correspondence
- Publish quarterly newsletter
- Prepare general Resale Certificates
- Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meeting
- Handle all violations of the by-laws
- Enforce all Rules and Regulations
Monthly Reporting
- Report on the status of maintenance
